New Home Construction Inspection Service

Buyers of new construction are often reassured that their purchase is of top quality when they have engaged a Thorough Check.

Although the new home may be visually acceptable to the buyer during the walk-through inspection, defaults in construction methods can be identified by a trained eye.  Code violations and improper construction methods may not be apparent to the buyer until after the closing.  If this should occur, a long battle may ensue with the State’s Home Owner Warranty program and the builder.

A Thorough Check of the property may alleviate these problems and avert the need for expensive attorney litigation fees.
